Following the Taliban takeover in 2021, we expanded operations to guarantee the people of Afghanistan have unbiased and unrestricted access to knowledge during these times of repression.
We have translated more than 6,000 Wikipedia articles into Pashto and Dari, Afghanistan’s predominant languages. These articles cover a range of topics, including critical thinking, science, and civil rights, accumulating over 2.1 million views.
